Merchandiser - Retail Store

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for retail? Do you have experience in merchandising and a keen eye for product placement? Our busy retail store in Akron is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and working with the store team to drive sales. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create attractive product displays based on seasonal trends and promotions
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled and priced
- Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to management
- Work with the store team to ensure that sales targets are met
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Attend training sessions to learn about new products and merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee or Canadian nationality preferred)
- Flexibility to work part-time hours if required
