Junior Accountant


We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team in Lisbon. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with financial records and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. This is a full-time position that requires previous accounting experience and offers accommodation and visa sponsorship for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing financial statements and reports
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
- Conduct account reconciliations and maintain accurate records
- Assist with budget planning and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Previous experience in accounting or finance role required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
