Plasterer (Entry Level)

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plasterer to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As an Entry Level Plasterer, you will be responsible for assisting with the application of plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in both residential and commercial settings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience in the field to learn and grow their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing, and removing debris
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specific ratios
- Apply plaster using various techniques including troweling, spraying, or spreading
- Smooth and shape plaster using hand tools or power tools
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing plaster
- Ensure quality of work meets company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques is a plus
- Must have valid work visa for Portugal (company may provide assistance if needed)
- Fluent in Portuguese (spoken) is preferred but not required

Salary: $900 per month
