We are in search of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Porto. The ideal candidate should have experience operating and maintaining various types of machines, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting. The main responsibilities of this role will include setting up machines, monitoring their operations, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Our ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of machines according to company procedures
- Set up machines for production runs and make necessary adjustments throughout the process
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running efficiently and producing high-quality products
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Inspect finished products for quality control, making adjustments as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating machines in a manufacturing or production setting preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various weather conditions if necessary
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
