Entry-Level Construction Manager



As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in the construction industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning and budgeting
- Coordinate and manage construction teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including architects, engineers, and clients
- Ensure all safety protocols are being followed on-site
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Maintain detailed project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Location: Copenhagen (visa sponsorship available)

Salary: $1400/month (accommodation provided)
