Executive Chef - Seasonal



A luxury hotel in Aalborg is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team for the upcoming holiday season. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen and culinary staff, creating and executing menus, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations and supervise culinary staff
- Create menu concepts and oversee menu execution
- Maintain inventory levels and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Train and develop kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service for guests
- Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to menus
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work permit or EU citizenship preferred
