Online English Tutor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Online English Tutor to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one English language instruction to students of all ages and levels, primarily through online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students
- Evaluate students' language abilities and develop personalized lesson plans
- Provide feedback and support to improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding students' progress
- Utilize various online teaching tools and resources effectively
- Collaborate with other tutors to share best practices and improve teaching techniques

Requirements:
- Native or near-native level of English proficiency (Indian nationality preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language (online experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong understanding of language learning techniques and methodologies
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals

Working hours: This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. The majority of teaching will take place during evenings and weekends.

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This is an online position based in Chelyabinsk. No travel required.
