English Language Tutor in Chelyabinsk

We are hiring an experienced English language tutor to join our team in Chelyabinsk. Our ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and experience teaching students of various levels. As a tutor, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans, conducting one-on-one or group sessions, and providing constructive feedback to students. The position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ and includes accommodation for non-local candidates. A biometric passport is required for foreign applicants. The job requires:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year teaching/tutoring experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student's needs
- Patience and adaptability when working with students from diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Develop customized lesson plans based on student's level and learning goals
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions
- Provide constructive feedback on student's progress
- Monitor and track student's progress through regular assessments
- Communicate with parents/guardians on student's performance
- Collaborate with other tutors/teachers to ensure consistency in teaching methods
