We are seeking a responsible and caring Babysitter to join our family in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing quality care and ensuring the safety of our children while creating a fun and nurturing environment for them.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for the children
- Supervise and monitor the safety of the children at all times
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children according to their dietary needs
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and educational play
- Help with homework or school assignments if needed
- Maintain open communication with parents about their child's daily activities and progress
- Follow specific instructions provided by parents regarding their child's care, including any medical needs or allergies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or similar role
- Excellent understanding of child development and behavior management techniques
- Ability to multitask and handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Strong communication skills with both children and adults
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed
- Must be physically fit to keep up with active children

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
