We are currently seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Kaunas. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Baker and be able to create delicious and visually appealing baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs for various baked goods
- Bake breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and quality standards
- Decorate baked goods with icing or other toppings as needed
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as necessary
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Train new bakers when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Baker is required
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients is essential
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is a plus
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
