Construction Manager (Indian Nationals) in Eldoret, Kenya



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise and knowledge in the construction industry to ensure the successful completion of our projects.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process. This includes working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site
- Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budgets and report on financial status regularly
- Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams
- Willingness to relocate to Eldoret, Kenya

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We also offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with a free visa and ticket for our Indian employees.
