Rental Specialist - Split, Croatia


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Rental Specialist to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Rental Specialist, you will be responsible for managing rental properties and ensuring a smooth and successful rental process for both the company and the tenants.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the rental process, including advertising available properties, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements
- Conduct property tours and answer inquiries from interested tenants
- Maintain accurate records of rental contracts, payments, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate with property owners to ensure their needs are met and their properties are well-maintained
- Handle tenant complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on local market trends to determine competitive rental prices
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current ones

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in property management or real estate industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with local rental laws and regulations is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
