Construction Project Manager


We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Ufa. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes creating project timelines, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will:

- Develop project plans and schedules
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure high standards are met
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:

- Previous experience in construction management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
