We are seeking an Online Consultant who is proficient in English and has a deep understanding of the Malayalee culture. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through various online platforms, such as chat, email, and social media. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products or services offered by the company.
- Assist customers with placing orders, making payments, and tracking shipments.
- Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers efficiently.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Malayalee language.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
- Must have own visa for working in Izhevsk.
