Concrete Worker for Construction Company in Utena



Our construction company in Utena is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces according to specifications and plans. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up forms
- Mix concrete according to required ratios
- Pour concrete into forms or onto surfaces and spread evenly
- Smooth and level surfaces using trowels or power tools
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Remove forms once concrete is set and clean up work area
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker in the construction industry
- Knowledge of concrete mixing ratios and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and equipment
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Valid driver's license preferred

Working Conditions:
This job requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. You may also be required to work at heights or in confined spaces. The ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time is necessary.
