Concrete Worker

We are currently seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete structures according to plans and specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the worksite by setting up forms and ensuring proper alignment
- Mix concrete according to specifications and pour into forms
- Smooth and finish the surface using hand tools or power tools
- Apply sealants or waterproofing coatings as required
- Monitor the curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished product for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in concrete work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Knowledge of different types of concrete and their applications
- Familiarity with construction safety standards
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
