Job Title: Demolition Technician


We are hiring a skilled Demolition Technician to join our team in Lahore. As a Demolition Technician, you will be responsible for safely dismantling structures and removing debris from job sites. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and timely completion of demolition projects while adhering to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections and assess the safest approach for demolition
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes
- Use hand tools to dismantle structures piece by piece
- Properly dispose of debris and hazardous materials
- Communicate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in demolition or construction field
- Knowledge of heavy machinery operation and hand tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month, with potential for increase based on performance.
