Industrial Architect (Contract with Accommodation)
Location: Khanpur, Pakistan


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Khanpur, Pakistan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your primary goal will be to ensure that these structures are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to create designs that meet their needs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and processing plants
- Conducting site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Creating detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors to ensure project success
- Utilizing knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in construction technology
- Managing project timelines and budgets effectively
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations related to industrial projects
- Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions for design challenges
