Junior Industrial Architect


We are seeking a talented Junior Industrial Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects to design, plan and oversee the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will be responsible for creating functional and visually appealing designs that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to safety and building regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to create industrial building designs
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that designs comply with safety, zoning, and building regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines for client approval
- Research new materials, technologies, and construction methods to improve design efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
