Software Developer - Contract Position (Porto, Portugal)



We are currently hiring a talented Software Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Porto, Portugal. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining software solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to determine project requirements and specifications
- Design and develop software solutions using various programming languages and tools
- Test and debug code to ensure quality and functionality
- Maintain and update existing software applications
- Conduct research on new technologies and best practices to improve processes and systems
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Developer
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns and best practices
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work in Porto, Portugal

Preferred:
- Experience with web development frameworks such as React or Angular
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)

Salary:
$1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Duration:
6 months (with possibility of extension)
