Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities and developing sales strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives. You will lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure their success. This position is located in La-Condamine and requires a full-time commitment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate competition
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor sales performance and provide timely reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
- Valid work visa for La-Condamine (visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time job requiring 40 hours per week.
