We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in the bustling city of Herning, Denmark. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Train and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards.
- Monitor food inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Develop new menu items while also maintaining classic dishes that our customers love.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills preferred).
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
