Entry-Level Sales Manager
The Entry-Level Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and building strong relationships with clients. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to kick-start their career in sales and are willing to work hard to achieve success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to approach them
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Understand client needs and offer suitable products/services
- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with clients
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer client questions
- Keep track of sales targets and work towards achieving them
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for increasing sales
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (sales experience not required)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
