A reputable construction company in Kolding is seeking skilled Plasterers to join our team. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1600$. We are looking for candidates who have experience in plastering and are able to work with minimal supervision. This job is suitable for men and we provide accommodation for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, patching, and sanding
- Mix and apply various types of plaster, including traditional and synthetic
- Use specialized tools such as trowels and floats to spread and smooth plaster evenly
- Create decorative finishes such as stucco or textured patterns
- Repair damaged or cracked plaster surfaces
- Follow safety protocols at all times on the job site
- Maintain a clean work area and properly dispose of materials
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their applications
- Familiarity with safety procedures on construction sites
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
