We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. Your main objective will be to ensure that clients receive prompt and accurate assistance with their inquiries, complaints, or requests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via online channels
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and concerns
- Identify and assess client needs to offer appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products/services
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role as an Online Consultant or Customer Service Representative
- Excellent communication skills in written English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
