An established accounting firm in Ashdod is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing balance sheets and profit and loss statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This is a full-time contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial documents
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenses
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Conducting internal audits to identify discrepancies or errors
- Providing support to the finance team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Valid work visa for Israel (own visa preferred)
