IT Support Specialist



We are seeking a reliable and highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Aarhus. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our internal staff and clients. You will also play a key role in maintaining and improving our company's technology infrastructure.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to help desk inquiries, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing timely updates to affected parties. You will also be involved in setting up new hardware and software systems, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring the security of our network.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of computer systems and networks. You should also have experience with common operating systems and software applications, as well as knowledge of networking protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to help desk inquiries from staff and clients
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Providing timely updates on issue resolution progress
- Setting up new hardware and software systems
- Performing routine maintenance tasks on computer systems
- Ensuring the security of the company's network
- Documenting all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS)
and software applications (Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS)
and network security concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills
with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Effective communication skills
with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary: $900 per month with free visa and ticket provided.
