IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Aarhus. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware. Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring computer systems, performing regular maintenance, and providing training to end users. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills. This is a contract position without accommodation or visa sponsorship provided. Salary is 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP and DNS
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Conduct regular maintenance on computers to ensure optimal performance
- Train end users on new software or technology
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position based in Aarhus. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm. Flexibility may be required for occasional after-hours support. This is not a remote position.
