We are currently hiring for the position of Formworker in Randers, Denmark. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete forms for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine form dimensions and layouts
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to templates or drawings
- Cut, shape, and assemble wooden or metal frameworks for pouring concrete
- Align forms for pouring concrete structures such as walls, slabs, beams, and columns
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand tools or power tools
- Set up scaffolding or other temporary structures as needed

Requirements:
- No prior experience required but must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly under pressure
