Executive Chef for International Restaurant in Atlanta
We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at an exciting and dynamic international restaurant in Atlanta. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu development to food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and high-quality dishes that meet the standards of our international restaurant
- Develop and update menus regularly based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure profitability
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining or international restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- In-depth knowledge of global cuisines, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create unique dishes while also managing food costs effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Atlanta (candidates from Nepal or other countries are welcome)
This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. However, we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for candidates selected from outside of the US.
