Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Moscow. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, create project plans, assign tasks and deadlines, and track progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project risks and develop contingency plans
- Assign tasks to team members and track progress
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular status meetings with team members
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
- Monitor project expenses and report budget variances
- Prepare reports on project progress for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proven experience managing projects within budget and on schedule
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
