We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing accurate measurements and data for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in land surveying, strong technical skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct land surveys using various techniques and equipment
- Prepare accurate measurements and data for construction projects
- Analyze survey results and create detailed reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in land measurements and suggest solutions
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures on job sites

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques
- Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
