Information Technology Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in Funchal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring that all technology resources are aligned with the company's objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and systems
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide technical guidance and support
- Monitor system performance to ensure efficiency and security
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, procedures, and training materials
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or relevant role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking systems, databases, and security protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of successful project management and implementation
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills

Salary: $1500 USD per month (without accommodation)
Location: Funchal (visa sponsorship available)
