Architectural Technologist
An experienced Architectural Technologist is needed to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and drafting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities will include creating detailed technical drawings, producing building plans and specifications, and ensuring that all designs adhere to local building codes and regulations. The successful candidate will also collaborate with architects and engineers to develop innovative designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Create building plans and specifications based on client requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop innovative designs
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design projects
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve work processes

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who is able to work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of architectural principles.

This is a full-time position with a salary starting at 1800$ per month, depending on experience. Accommodation can be provided for international candidates if needed. Our company also supports obtaining visas for foreign employees.
