Project Manager



As a Project Manager based in Randers, Denmark, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful completion of projects within our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Conduct risk assessment and implement effective risk management strategies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on project status
- Identify areas for improvement in project processes and implement necessary changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment (minimum 3 years)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)
