Retail Sales Associate - Indian Nationals Preferred


We are a retail store located in Medina and we are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and processing transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the store and restocking merchandise.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in retail sales and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Fluency in English is required and proficiency in other languages is a plus. Indian nationals are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Restock merchandise as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Meet sales goals and targets set by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
