Construction Project Manager

Our growing construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Moscow. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. This is a contract position with the opportunity for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budget management
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success
- Oversee all aspects of construction, including budget, timeline, quality control, and safety compliance
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Ensure all necessary permits and regulations are obtained and followed
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns
- Manage reporting and documentation of project progress to stakeholders
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (required)
- Experience managing commercial or residential construction projects in Moscow (preferred)
- Knowledge of Russian building codes and regulations (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English (required)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Moscow, Russia

Preference given to Indian nationals
