Industrial Painter (Contract Position)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Malindi. As an industrial painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish on various surfaces such as metal, concrete, and wood. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix and apply paint using various techniques such as spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Ensure color consistency and coverage on all surfaces
- Repair damages or imperfections on surfaces before painting
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an industrial painter
- Familiarity with different types of paints and their applications
- Ability to mix colors accurately
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform tasks that require lifting or bending
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures
- Good communication skills
