IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Your role will involve managing and mentoring a team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems, and implementing new technologies to enhance our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure the security and integrity of our data and systems
- Identify areas for improvement in our IT infrastructure and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and services procurement
- Create and manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Train employees on how to use new systems or technologies as needed
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise in a timely manner
- Conduct regular backups of data to prevent loss in case of system failure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Experience managing a team and providing mentorship to junior staff members
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven track record of managing budgets effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport is required for international travel as needed
