Part-time Architectural Technologist in Braga, Portugal

As a part-time Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and technical aspects of architectural projects in Braga. You will work closely with architects and other team members to develop detailed drawings and plans, as well as perform site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with design plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members on project designs
- Assist with the development of detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with local laws
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and materials

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting or technology
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, working approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible but must be agreed upon by the employer.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Braga, Portugal. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Portugal.
