We are a fast-growing architecture firm located in the bustling city of Braga. Our team is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join us on a part-time basis. This role offers a competitive salary of 1700$, with the potential for growth and advancement within the company.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting our team of architects in designing and creating technical drawings and plans for various projects. Your attention to detail, strong technical skills, and knowledge of building codes and regulations will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop technical drawings and plans for projects
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and standards
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Attend meetings with clients or regulatory agencies as needed
