We are searching for a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis in Karachi. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting the architectural team in creating technical drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects. This position is ideal for candidates with previous experience and a passion for architecture who are looking for flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed technical drawings and plans
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate 3D models and renderings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project design
- Prepare construction documents and specifications according to project requirements
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to building construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
