Construction Manager (Part-time)


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Porto. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry and possess strong leadership and project management skills. As a Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company policies.
- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Developing project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Reviewing project progress reports and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Making decisions on project changes or deviations from plans when necessary.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role.
- A degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and safety regulations.
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
