Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in St-Petersburg. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and other team members to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other team members
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
- Monitor progress of construction work and provide updates to stakeholders
- Oversee quality control and safety protocols on site
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$, with accommodation provided. Non-native speakers are welcome to apply as English proficiency is not required. However, candidates must have experience in the construction industry. We also require candidates to have their own visa or be willing to obtain one.
