We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architect to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all safety, quality, and budget requirements. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and experience in the architectural field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in creating innovative and functional architectural designs
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Review and approve project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
