Junior Barber


As a Junior Barber, you will be responsible for providing hair cutting and styling services to clients. You will work closely with our experienced barbers to learn the latest techniques and trends in men's grooming. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about barbering and eager to start a career in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide recommendations
- Perform hair cutting, styling, and beard trimming services according to client preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist senior barbers with tasks such as mixing color, washing hair, and preparing tools for services
- Attend training sessions to improve skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completed barbering course or apprenticeship preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of different hair types, styles, and techniques for men's grooming
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work weekends and evenings as needed

Salary: $1400 per month
