Senior Architectural Designer


We are a leading architectural firm based in the stunning city of Svalbard. Our company specializes in creating innovative and sustainable designs that push the boundaries of traditional architecture. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architectural Designer to join our team.

As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process from conceptualization to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop unique and functional designs that meet their requirements. Your role will also involve managing a team of designers, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.

To excel in this position, you must have a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques. You should have extensive experience in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. This is a full-time position that requires ownership of a valid visa for working in Svalbard.
