Online Consultant - Fonvieille, France



As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients across various industries. You will work remotely from our office in Fonvieille, France and communicate with clients through email, chat, and phone.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Offer solutions and recommendations to clients' problems or concerns
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Conduct research and gather data to assist clients in decision-making processes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver exceptional service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or consulting role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and French
- Proficiency in using online communication tools (e.g. email, chat)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with various industries and their respective trends is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
