Mason Foreman
A construction company in Odense is seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Foreman to join our team. As a Mason Foreman, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of masons on various construction projects in the city. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of masons on construction sites
- Ensure all work is completed according to project plans and specifications
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making any necessary adjustments or corrections
- Train new masons on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Communicate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
- Order materials and supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason or Mason Foreman
- Strong knowledge of different types of masonry, including brick, stone, and concrete work
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project plans
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor as needed
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
