House Manager
Our luxury residence in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our home. As the House Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring the highest level of service and hospitality is provided to our family and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all aspects of the home are maintained to the highest standards, including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed
- Plan and organize events and special occasions held at the residence
- Oversee household budgets and expenses
- Ensure all household supplies are stocked and inventory is maintained
- Act as a liaison between the family and household staff to ensure open communication and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a House Manager in a luxury private residence or high-end hospitality setting
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and household maintenance best practices
- Valid work visa for Abu Dhabi (sponsorship available)
- Experience working with Indian or Canadian households preferred
Salary: $1800 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Accommodation will not be provided but assistance can be provided in finding suitable housing.
